Today Brewster works with companies on Strategy Development and Alignment of Teams to Execute the Strategy, Sales and Sales Management Training, Coaching and Leadership. With more than 28 years of experience and successful completion of hundreds of projects, Brewster will listen to your team, diagnose, and incorporate the team’s ideas for successful design and implementation of solutions. We start with the discovery of a teams’ strengths and weaknesses through a formal interview process. We then develop action plans that may include training, coaching and mentoring programs. A step-by-step process driven model that generates results.

Background

 

Brewster spent 17 years in various leadership roles with Comfort Systems USA, a $2 Billion Mechanical and Electrical contractor headquartered in Houston Texas. Brewster was Vice President of Sales for the Corporation where he focused on the corporate strategy to double the service business. Working with a team of more than 250 salespeople and 40 managers, Brewster developed processes for going to market, hiring and on-boarding, employee development, coaching, and training. Extensive experience teaching and coaching a diverse group of professionals has been one of the highlights of Brewster’s career. 

Brewster also served as President of Comfort Systems USA Energy Services for eight years, growing that business from $5 Million to more than $50 Million. In the merger of Energy Services with the National Accounts team, Brewster took on the role of Vice President of Strategic Accounts managing the team responsible for national account sales and growth. In a 2-year assignment before being named VP of Sales for Comfort Systems, Brewster worked with the leadership team to realize double-digit growth in the national accounts business for 2 consecutive years.
